Ten things Sellers will miss most

 

  • Winter nights by the fireplace - We highly recommend cuddling up next to the fireplace with a good book during a chilly winter night.
  • Large backyard - There was nothing better than seeing the smile on our 11-year-old rescue dog’s face as he chased a ball across the lawn.
  • Private - Being one of three houses on a dead-end street makes things nice and quiet. Especially when you have such wonderful neighbors.
  • Mid-day wildlife watch - From hummingbirds visiting our flowers to squirrels dancing across the fence, we loved watching the midday show from the local wildlife. A lovely reminder to step away from the computer.
  • Gardening - Growing up, my father and I would always grow a variety of vegetables and flowers. Naturally, he made sure to build me my own garden as soon as we got the house. I will miss the comfort and hearty bounty that garden brought us.
  • The large deck and BBQ - Hosting a summer BBQ for our friends and family was a breeze with such a large deck and outdoor kitchen.
  • Space for projects - We like to consider ourselves a crafty duo, so using the garage and RV port to cut, sand, nail, and paint a variety of projects was incredibly useful. A great space to create fun Halloween decorations!
  • Space for big family - At any given time, we could have multiple generations of family visiting and/or staying with us.
  • Natural light in the mother-in-law - Yoga in the morning and art in the afternoon, the natural light in the mother-in-law suite was both comforting and useful. Plus the central air-conditioning there is a real treat.
  • Dedicated hobby rooms - Theater room, game room, workout room—with so much space, we were able to carve out areas dedicated to each of our passions.
